Tara Hair
This hair is awesome because it’s so wearable for pretty much any style of sim. You can have teens wear this to school but also have a mom wear this too.
Hazel Hair
The Hazel hair is a really simple hair that is so effective. This has a middle part and a shiny look to it, like this sim is the type of person who has a 10 step hair care routine for sure.
Grayson Hair
The Grayson hair is for sims who are definitely cooler than me. I love the length on this one and the messy look to it really brings it home for me.
Ghost Hair
Ghost is a fun look for your sims. It has the sides shaved and the top is slightly messy. My favourite part is that there are solid swatches as well as fun ombre ones too!
Grayson Hair
The Grayson hair is also available for masculine sims which is awesome. This hair also comes in really fun ombre swatches so you can have a more unique look for your sim.

Lovelace Top V1
I’m obsessed with strapless tops for my sims in the summer so they can wear a really cool necklace or awesome dangly earrings. This one has a cool leather-like texture and nice boning details that really make it cute.
Lovelace Top V2
If you liked love lace but wanted more, here you go! It has a second version that has a bra showing which is a fun look and the bra is super cute with lace!
Odessa Top
The Odessa Top is something I definitely had in my closet in 2004, except we would wear these under our clothes… layered over and over… we we weird.
Odessa Top (Jacket)
I love when creators give options and with this that’s what you get. This has that same Odessa Top under a beautiful leather jacket that comes in amazing colour swatches.
Crux Top
I love me a good cropped t-shirt and this one is so much fun. This top has rips all over it which make it super fun and it comes in both solid colours and graphic designs.
Mia Sweater
These little cropped sweaters are popping up all over the place and this one is so cute. This one comes in both solid colours and fun patterns like stripes that add some cool personality.
Jennifer Top
This would have been my dream sweater to own when I was 10. It has hearts all over, a fluffy neckline and cute pom poms at the end of the strings. If you want something more tame there are other versions in solid colours as well as ones without the pom poms and fluff.
Doll Top
The doll top may quite possibly be the perfect t-shirt for teens in my game. It comes in solid colours but the best ones are really great patterned swatches because they’re so fun and unique.
Naomi Skirt
The Naomi skirt is such a cute option for a micro-mini skirt. There are four versions of this one so you can have solid colours, fun patterns like stripes and plaid, and versions with or without the belt and pins.
Megan Skirt
A micro-mini skirt is such a vibe but not so practical IRL so my sims wear them all the time. The Megan skirt is awesome and comes in both solid colour swatches and fun patterns like plaids and stripes!
Juno Skirt
Juno is a fun option for a short denim skirt and it has so much going for it. Ias a little rip on the one hip which adds a lot and there are two versions. One version has a fun studded belt and the other is just plain so you can have options which is my favourite thing to have!
Roxi Jeans
You can always count on AxA to give you incredible jeans and the Roxy jeans are so good. They have a mid-rise and a nice medium-wide leg so they are awesome and they come in every denim swatch you could ever want.
Roxy Jeans V2
The Roxy Jeans V2 are the same pair of jeans with the same awesome swatches but they add one small detail which is very Y2K. This version has two straps coming from the sim’s under garments which was a huge thing in the early 2000s!
Masculine CC Pieces
Lane Top V1
Layering tops is something that’s important to me as a Canadian because the weather is very unpredictable. I love the look of a long sleeve shirt under a t-shirt and these both have graphic designs on them making them look so adorable.
Lane Top V2
T-shirts are a must in every sim’s wardrobe and EA hasn’t quite mastered the drape of a good t-shirt. So, t-shirts like this one are all over my mods folder. There are versions both with and without the graphics too!
Nolan Top
The Nolan top has four versions so you have so many insane options. You’ll get both solid swatches and graphic designs and both of those also come in a ripped version so there are four versions total!
Brooklyn Jacket
The Brooklyn jacket is such a fun one and something most of my sims would never wear. But a sim going to win an award at The Starlight Accolades? This is the jacket for that.
Genesis Hoodie
My sims are usually in comfortable clothing working some random hobby job at home, and the genesis hoodie is a really great option for that. There are four versions on this sweater so that’s wild. You can get both graphic designs and solid colours and they both have versions with fur on the hood!
Maurice Top
If you have a sim with big muscles you need the Maurice Top in your mods folder. This shirt comes with swatches that are opaque and some that are slightly see through so you can see the muscles perfectly.
Rodrick Sweater
A good knit sweater is a must for every sim in the world, and every person. This sweater has a two versions, one with solid colours and one that has graphics and patterns so you have so many options. Plus, it has rips all over which makes it look so much cuter than just being plain.
Dey Jeans V1
There are so many options for the Dey Jeans and in the first version you get a pair with boxes, a pair with boxers and a carabiner for keys, and a version with boxers, a carabiner and rips! Plus, there’s an accessory piece for the underwear so you can add them under other pants too.
Dey Jeans V2
The second version of the Dey jeans has a bunch of too with rips, no rips, and a carabiner. The big difference is that these jeans have a thong strap hanging out of the top. Plus, there’s a separated thong accessory that you can add to any other outfit.
Rocky Jeans
The Rocky Jeans are a simple pair of pants with a straight leg look. These jeans come in two versions with great swatches. The first version is just plain but the second version has two belts that are criss-crossed in the centre for a really unique look.
Jake Jeans
Jake are a fun pair of jeans that I really love for making really cool sims. These are pretty much a cargo pant with straps and pockets all over, but they come in all the best denim colours!

Vivian Studs
A good stud earring is a great thing to have in your mods folder for more simple looks. All of the jewelry in this collection is inspired by Vivienne Westwood and they’re all absolutely gorgeous.
Viper Earrings
The viper earrings are a great stacked look with four different piercings. They’re all metal so you can match them with dozens of looks without too much stress!
Vivian Earrings V1
These earrings take the viper earrings and change out the one piece for a Vivienne Westwood look which is super popular right now.
Vivian Earrings V2
These earrings just have the classic Vivienne Westwood dangly earring coming down in gorgeous metal colours.
Ushanka Hat
When the weather gets cold, your sims need to keep warm to avoid death! This hat is awesome with a Ushanka hat style with a cross on the front for added fun. Don’t want the cross? There’s another version for that!
Hellboy Boots
A good pair of combat boots is a must in every cool kid’s wardrobe. These boots come in so many fun swatches but my favourites will always be the pink!
Vivian Necklace V1
This necklace has the exact same little icon as the stud earrings, so you can match them together or wear them separated. This is a great option for an everyday necklace for your sims since it’s simple but fabulous.
Vivian Necklace V2
Layering necklaces is so popular right now and this one has the Vivienne Westwood icon at the bottom with an extra chain tighter around the neck. This is so fabulous!

If you want even more necklace for your sim you can wear the third version which mixes all three necklaces together!
