You Need These Gorgeous Sims 4 CC Layered Tops
Lately I’ve been super obsessed with any shirt that’s on top of another shirt. Okay, that sounds weird but it’s currently November as I’m writing this so layers are necessary here in Canada and these are such cute options for my sims.
I’m so obsessed with these sims 4 cc layered tops so I needed to make a whole list of all my favourites. It’s mostly sweaters with cute shirts underneath, once again… it’s November. I’m in sweater season!
Emily Sweater
This sweater comes from a set of custom content that’s designed for teenagers and this feels Y2K high school to me. I love the off the shoulder sweater look, it feels so cute and effortless.
Erin Sweater
My favourite part about the Erin sweater is that the button aren’t done up. It shows off a bit of stomach in such a gorgeous way, and since the shirt comes in so many fun colours you can find the perfect swatch for every sim.
New Dayz Sweater
This style of sweater is super popular to make in the crochet and knitting communities IRL so I see it everywhere. It’s fun because you can wear anything underneath and having a graphic tank top is a really cute look.
Beatrix Sweater
The Beatrix sweater really reminds me of the 90s. It feels very Sabrina The Teenage Witch to me, which I absolutely love.
Jade Top
If you have a sim who is working in business, they need this shirt to wear. This feels like something a 20-something at their first corporate job would wear, and I love that.
Valentina Sweater
I really love this one because a lot of the stuff on this list is cropped, but this one is extra long. It’s super fun, and comes in great colours as well as some quality neutrals.
Colette Vest
This vest is a new addition to my mods folder that I’m obsessed with at the moment. The argyle sweater is so much fun and adding a tie to the look really adds so much and brings it to that next level.
Tucked Sweater
This tucked sweater is such a simple concept, but is so beautiful. It comes in fun colours and just looks gorgeous. I love that only one side is tucked, keeps it interesting!
Serena Sweater
This sweater has such a cute vibe, I’m really obsessed with the way that the sleeves are pushed up. This feels so gorgeous and expensive which will look so great on sims.
Enver Cardigan
This cardigan sweater is so unique. I absolutely love how the sweater is off the shoulder showing off a cute high neck tank. I just love this one for autumn so much.
Aida Top
This shirt is so much fun, I’m absolutely obsessed. The way that there’s a cute tank on top really cinching in your sim and making them look hot.
Daria Sweater
This Daria sweater just by itself would look gorgeous on your sim, but adding that little peek of a collared shirt just brings it all together and makes your sims look so gorgeous.
Nerdy Sweater
The Nerdy sweater is so cute and feels like your sim goes to a really trendy private school. I love the look of the bow on the neckline that matches with the swatch of the sweaters, like this is just so precious.
Keitha Hoodie
This hoodie has been in my mods folder for a long time now because it’s so unique. It’s such a cozy look and I love the plaid shirt under a fun short sleeve hoodie, like who would even imagine this? I love it.
Rainy Day Sweater
This sweater is great if you love having options because you download the sweater alone and the accessory turtleneck separately. That’s the best! I love options!
Bella Top
The Bella top comes from a set of clothing inspired by Twilight. So, of course, it’s got that perfect mid-2000s layered look. We loved wearing multiple shirts for no reason. I once wore 3 tank tops at once.
Miuccia Sweater
This cropped sweater is a really fun option if you want your sims to look so cozy. I love the classic look of a cable knit sweater, it looks so beautiful in so many colours too.
Courtney Vest
The funny thing about the Courtney vest is that it makes your sims immediately look like waiters. Which like isn’t ideal, but you just need to make sure that they are accessorizing well!
Luly Top
The Luly top is a fun one being a super cropped sweater over a different shirt. This comes in two versions, one with a bralette and one with a graphic shirt underneath instead so you have options which I love.
Sarah T-Shirt
Wearing a long sleeve under a t-shirt is such a classic look and this one is so well-executed that I’m obsessed. I love the graphic designs on this, with my favourite swatch being this one with roses and checkers.
Klymene Vest
I’m so obsessed with the look of a cute knitted vest. This one is so fun because it’s cropped with a gorgeous long sleeve button down underneath. It’s a perfect autumn outfit with linen pants!
Dark Academia Sweater
This one is interesting because it’s two pieces. You can download the sweater by itself and then download the accessory shirt collar separately. I really like this because you can choose whatever colours work best for your sim’s vibe.
Isla Sweater
I’m a huge fan of this layered sweater because of the ribbing texture. It makes it feel really expensive for some reason, plus it has such fun patterns to choose from.
Inis Blouse
There’s a lot of sweaters with different tops underneath on this list but this one is super unique with the top having a weird ruffled turtleneck vibe instead of just being a regular collar.
Carly Outfit
Okay, this one isn’t just a top. It’s a whole outfit that’s one file. But it’s so cute I couldn’t miss adding this one because the layered top half of this is so precious with the turtleneck and argyle sweater just being the cutest thing ever.
Tomo Sweatshirt
These are such a classic option for layered shirts. I love the way a button down looks under a nice crewneck sweater, it’s just so cozy. Plus, some of the swatches have cute graphic designs on them.
Raven Crop
The Raven crop is a very fun layered top with a mesh off shoulder top over a small bralette. I really like that the one arm isn’t connected, giving it a really interesting aesthetic.
