The Sims 4: Bowling Skill Guide
The bowling skill was brought into the sims 4 with The Sims 4: Bowling Night Stuff and is fun for all ages (child and above!). You can find bowling lanes in buy mode and put them on both residential and community lots.
Bowling Skill Levels
Unlike most skills, the bowling skill is only 5 levels and can be completed rather easily but it will take you a decent amount of time. As your sim increases their bowling skill they will become a better bowler, and unlock different bowling balls.
Bowling Skill Level 1
When you first gain the bowling skill your sim will be shooting a lot of gutter balls and won’t have the best form. They have the option to use the “sky blue” bowling ball if they click to change their ball on the bowling rack.
Bowling Skill Level 2
At the second level of the bowling skill your sim is now able to choose a “red swirl” bowling ball if they click to change their ball on the bowling rack. They will also stop throwing as many gutter balls.
Bowling Skill Level 3
At the 3rd level of the bowling skill your sim will now stumble less often when they are going to throw the bowling ball and will throw less gutter balls. They can now also choose a “gold glitter” bowling ball from the bowling rack.
Bowling Skill Level 4
At this point your sim is becoming a truly good bowler. They will start to throw strikes and will stop failing so often when they’re throwing the ball. They can now choose the “marbled blue” bowling ball from the bowling rack.
Bowling Skill Level 5
Now your sim is an awesome bowler! You sim can now get a score of a “perfect llama” when bowling. They can now choose to bowl with a “clear skull” bowling ball that they can choose from the ball rack. Your adult bowlers will now wear a bowling glove and throw a ton more strikes.
Choosing a Bowling Ball
The first time you go bowling your sim will be throwing a “matte black ball” and it is this way for all sims. In order to change the colour of the ball you’ll need a bowling ball rack, which is available in build mode and can be found easily if you filter by pack.
Final Thoughts
The bowling skill is an awesome option to have fun with your sims while also gaining a new skill.
