How to Use Cheats in The Sims 4
The first step to using toddler cheats in The Sims 4 is making sure that your cheats are enabled and knowing how to open the cheat box. To open the cheat box you need to hit ctrl + shift + c on your keyboard, and then type in testingcheats true and press enter on your keyboard. This cheat allows all other cheats in the game to work most of the time.
Toddler Mood Cheats
Being able to cheat some moodlets can be extremely helpful in manipulating your toddler’s moods and making it so they can gain skills more quickly.
You can use the following toddler cheats to give your sims either a playful or energized moodlet or to remove all moodlets. You should only really remove moodlets if your sims are experiencing negative moodlets like uncomfortable, sad, or tense.

Toddler Skill Cheats
The following cheats allow you to set your toddler’s skills to whatever level you wish. This is extremely helpful because if you get all your skills to level 3, you’ll get the happy toddler trait, and if you get them all to level 5, you’ll get the top notch toddler trait.
You can even use this to just get your toddlers to level 2 of the potty skill so you no longer have to teach it to them! Toddler skill cheats are extremely useful.
To use the following toddler cheats, you need to open the cheat box by hitting ctrl + shift + c and type in testingcheats true to make sure that your cheats are enabled and working. Then, while controlling your toddler you can type in (or copy and paste) any of the following cheats. You need to change the # sign to be whatever level of the skill you’d like, from 1 to 5.

Sometimes when our babies age up to toddlers we can be a little less than satisfied with how they look and can’t do much about it without using cheats. If you want to go into create a sim and have full abilities to edit your toddlers all you need is the full edit mode cheat.
Open the cheat box by hitting ctrl + shift + c and then type in testingcheats true to make sure that cheats are useable. Then type in cas.fulleditmode and hit enter. This should allow you to change your sims face, relationships, and not be restricted to just changing their clothing.
