How to Force a Burglar Event in The Sims 4

There are so many reasons why you may want burglars to head over to your house tonight, from causing drama to getting some fun screenshots. Thankfully with a simple cheat code you can force a burglar event to happen on that same night!

How to Force Burglars

I’m always so grateful when something is a mailbox cheat because they are easy to find and the only thing you need to know is how to enable cheats. To do this you need to pop open the cheat box which you can do by pressing the following depending on what device you’re playing on:

Once that box is open you’ll type in testingcheats true and hit enter and the game will let you know that cheats are enabled. Then you’ll want to head over to your sim’s mailbox and hold down shift and click on the mailbox and all the available cheats will appear.

If you’re on a console you can do this to, you’ll want to hold circle and press x over the mailbox on a Playstation or you’ll want to hold B and press A over the mailbox on Xbox.
