If you are a huge fan of Halloween you are going to really enjoy The Sims 4: Spooky Stuff where you can learn how to carve pumpkins, wear fun costumes, and throw an brand new party type.
This pack includes some not-so-useable furniture that really only works in haunted settings, or at a halloween party, so don’t expect this pack to be your go-to for decorating different homes.
There are a couple really fun decor objects like the moving paintings, or the candy bowl with a fun surprise, but nothing that is totally game changing unless you really like spooky season.

Pumpking Carving Station
The main gameplay feature in this pack is the pumpking carving station. This object allows your sims to create 10 different types of pumpkins depending on their age and skill levels.
This is an awesome item in the game because it adds a ton of realism where your sims can have a cute moment with all of them carving pumpkins and playing together which is all we want. Say it louder, meaningful family gameplay!
One fun aspect of The Sims 4: Spooky stuff is that you can throw a spooky party where sims will dress up in costumes and come over to hangout. You can have different spooky snacks that are included in the next section.
When you start the party you want to make sure that you click on your sim to change into their costume so they don’t stick out like a sore thumb.
At these parties you can carve pumpkins, discuss costumes, and ask for party treats. When you get a gold level at one of these parties your sims will get the super llama costume unlocked for them.
One fun thing can comes with packs in The Sims 4 is new recipes! Sometimes in the game you can fall into a rut of making the same meals and snacks so it’s a fun experience when we get new types of foods to create. There are 3 new recipes available in The Sims 4: Spooky Stuff, all great snacks for a spooky party.

Spooky stuff really isn’t something that you need in your game and certainly you shouldn’t pay full price for this pack, but it can add some fun elements like decorating for halloween, especially if you have The Sims 4: Seasons already installed. Happy haunting!
