The Sims 4: Bulldoze Lot (Delete Pre-Made Lots)
Sometimes in The Sims 4 we just don’t want to keep some of the pre-made lots in our world’s and it’s nice to just bulldoze an entire lot so you don’t have to look at it anymore. Bulldozing a lot in the game is actually super simple and just takes a few easy clicks!
How to Bulldoze a Lot in The Sims 4
To bulldoze a lot in The Sims 4, you need to go to the world where the house is and click in the bottom right corner to go to build more on that lot. To do this you just click on the little wrench and it will send you to a loading screen and will load the household in build mode.
Then, you should look up to the top bar in the middle of the screen and click on the bulldozer. You have the option to either bulldoze the entire lot or just the house and if you choose just the house then the landscaping of the house will stick around.
Unfortunately, there is no way to bulldoze a lot from the world screen and you must go into build mode on the lot to make this happen.
Final Thoughts
Now that you know how to bulldoze a lot in the sims 4, you can create a world that looks exactly how you want it to be! Which lots do you always bulldoze in the sims 4? Are there any you just can’t stand to look at? Let me know in the comments!
If you bulldoze a lot in the Sims 4, can you ever get that lot back?
I don’t think so, at least not in that save file! If you start a new game the pre-made lots will be there again.
Thanks! But my question is : Do you get all your money that you spend on the house back after you bulldoze the lot?
Yes, well.. kinda! It works the same as if you buy a couch and sell it a few days later, you do lose a bit of money!
For the life of me, I seem unable to bulldoze my entire lot. Keeps saying it needs to be owned, cant seem to figure out what else I need to be doing in order to demolish and rebuild lots.
You have to demolish it while you are not playing a sim. In other words from the world selection before choosing the sim. You can also modify any other lot including yours for free with this tool. I hope that helps!!!
Every time I bulldoze a lot and I place a new house it deletes the first floor, any idea why?
Probably because the terrain/flooring has been moved/deleted and that would mean that the floorig or foundation might be deleted.
If I bulldoze a residential lot say the Yazzie or Denton homes what happens to the Sims that lived there? Do they disappear or will they live in the new house I build there?
