The Sims 4: Sylvan Glade (Secret Location)

The Sims 4 is filled with all sorts of little secrets that are there to be discovered and are a necessity for any new sims player to find at some point or another for a full game experience. Sylvan Glade is one of my personal favourite hidden locations because of how absolutely beautiful it is and where you enter the location from.

Where To Find The Entrance to Sylvan Glade

The entrance to sylvan glade in The Sims 4 is in a tree that is located in the lower cost area in Willow Creek. There are the 3 starter homes in the bottom right hand corner and travelling to any of these houses will let you get to the super special tree that is located right next to Crick Cabana.

You can’t miss this tree as it’s surrounded by all sorts of beautiful colours and the tree itself looks a bit like a knot.

How to Access Sylvan Glade

Once you locate the tree in Willow Creek, it’s time to interact with it to open the entrance to Sylvan Glade. You’ll start by clicking on the tree and choosing the view interaction a few times, it may seem annoying at first but after a few views you’ll unlock some new interactions.

Then, you’ll be able to water the tree a few times. Then you’ll be given more fun options like chat about roots and compliment on leaves that you need to do before the explore option pops up.

When you click explore in the trees interactions, you’ll be given shown some pop-ups that will force you to make a series of decisions. You can answer these as many times as you want until you get it right, or you can cheat and use these answers: Follow The Sound, Travel Downstream, Enter the Mist, and Travel to Glade.

Collectibles in Sylvan Glade

Since this is a secret location, you’ll notice that the things that spawn (i.e., rocks to dig and frogs) will be more likely to give out rare collectibles so they are a great place for any true collector or fisher.

You’ll be likely to find plants like a cherry tree, a lily flower, bluebell flowers, strawberries, pear trees, mushrooms, and basil.

Just like The Forgotten Grotto, Sylvan Glade has a fish that is easiest to catch if you start fishing in this area and that is the rare Treefish.

Coming Back to Sylvan Glade

Once your sim has visited Sylvan Glade once through the tree, you’ll have that entrance open for your sim forever and can just travel there quick and easy.

Also, if your sim gets to level 7 of the wellness skill they are able to teleport to both sylvan glade and the forgotten grotto without ever having to go to their entrances.

Final Thoughts
